 Welcome, from the pupils and staff of Sgoil a' Bhac, to our web site. We hope this provides useful information about Nursery, Primary and Secondary and an insight into the work of the school.

"Our school is situated in the Broadbay area, seven miles from  the town of Stornoway and overlooking the beautiful beaches of Coll and Gress. With a current roll of 30 in the Gaelic Nursery (Sgoil Araich Loch a' Tuath), 131 in the Primary Department (which has three Gaelic Medium classes and four classes taught through the medium of English) and 50 in S1 and S2, we cater for pupils from Tolsta, in the north, and the communites of Back and Tong. Our key aim is to develop happy, ambitious people, who care about others".
